Frank has learned to call many places home, including within. With northeast roots, a heart for the west coast, and a southern soul, he identifies as a traveler, dreamer, wanderer, nomad and free spirit. In pursuit of a life filled with meaning, he has been held and healed by the trees, finding profound solace and peace in spaces of green.

His life was radically transformed after feeling invited to spend a year living among the outskirts of Guayaquil, Ecuador, with a foundation who’s mission focused on calling forth humans in service of being, rather than doing. His art aims to embody a way of life and being in the world. His creative palette aims to explore the intersection of spirituality, mindfulness, grief and beauty in his work and offerings.

Through focusing on mediums of writing, poetry, and photography, his goal is to curate and breathe life into themes of wholeness, stillness, healing, self-transformation, awareness and a deep connection to nature. Through receiving and digesting his work, his intention is for thought-provoking questions to emerge along with desire for a call to action bound with love.

Influenced by his connection to the Divine viewing the world around him with fresh eyes, Frank believes in leading and listening with the heart, dreaming in abundance, encountering extraordinary in the mundane and modeling a lens of compassion in his art. He aims to slow the world down through curating intentional space to allow the images and his words to speak for themselves while simultaneously writing their own narratives open to interpretation.

His inspirations include Rick Rubin, Yung Pueblo, Anis Mojgani, Christopher Ferreiras and Manoj Dias. Prominent figures and teachers Ram Dass and Alan Watts have deeply molded and formed his personal philosophy in life and perspective of the world.
